Vertex has been providing exceptional M&E services to Gasholders, a high-end residential complex at King’s Cross, for a number of years. Built within the Grade II-listed cast-iron frames of three 19th-century gas tanks, the development provides 145 apartments, a private gym and spa, a business lounge and an entertainment suite.
The unique nature of the property required a bespoke maintenance strategy outside of the standard SFG20 guidelines. Our expertise in business-focused maintenance allowed us to tailor our approach to the specific needs of the complex, ensuring statutory compliance and cost savings, while maximising asset life and availability.
