We are responsible for delivering MEP maintenance to 36 buildings, ranging from high-specification labs to mixed-use, multi-tenanted offices
Vertex was awarded the MEP maintenance contract at Kent Science Park, a 65-acre campus that hosts a range of biotech, biopharma and agritech companies. The 36 buildings that we look after include startup labs, flexible co-working spaces and small-scale manufacturing facilities.
We recently worked with the client to replace the high-voltage transformer and make vital repairs to the district heating scheme. The maintenance programme is regularly reviewed, allowing us to continuously improve it based on feedback, trends and best practices.
