Regent’s Place
Vertex is providing expertise in MEPH maintenance in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter, and helping client British Land to reach net-zero by 2030.
Regent’s Place is a 13-acre, fully managed commercial campus in central London, home to over 20,000 workers and residents. It sits at the heart of one of the world’s great knowledge clusters, where just a few streets are home to over 100 academic, scientific and cultural organisations. Vertex was awarded the contract for the maintenance of MEPH and fabric elements across 10 mixed-use, multi-let buildings. We also look after the MEPH maintenance for some tenants.
We are supporting British Land’s aim in reaching net-zero carbon on the estate by 2030, as well as its social objectives by offering an apprenticeship through the local Bright Lights Employment Programme. Our apprentice is currently working on the Regent’s Place contract four days per week and attends college one day per week. He is a great addition to our team and is thriving in his role.
